"Why do I still look pregnant after giving birth?"
Updated: Jul 22, 2019
Many 1st time moms expect their tummies to go back to normal right after giving birth, but that isn't the case for most women.
While pregnant, your stomach and uterus expand to make room for your growing baby and it takes time for them to return back to their normal size. As your uterus shrinks, you may experience cramping, which is completely normal.
It's important to exercise, once you've been cleared by your doctor and drinks lots of water. Remember , every women's body is different, so please don't compare yourself to someone else.
